Orders placed after these dates will still be shipped promptly, but we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.
With the busy holiday season approaching, we always recommend ordering as early as possible to avoid carrier delays.
📦 Late or Delayed Deliveries
Orders placed after the deadline — or any delays caused by carriers, weather, or seasonal volume — are not eligible for refunds if the parcel does not arrive by a specific date, including Christmas Day. Once an order ships, delivery timeframes are determined by the carrier.

Fast despatch:
Yay! Your order will be packed with love and sent off within 2 business days. We can’t wait for it to make its way to you, think of it as happy mail on its way!
Free Shipping:
Free standard shipping on all orders 100+ and above. A shipping of $8.95 for orders $100 and below.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Standard shipping typically takes 1-7 business days, but please note these are estimates only and may vary and take longer depending on destination and Zip Code.
Express shipping is faster (yay!), but just a heads-up — even with Express, delays can happen. If your parcel isn’t delivered within 3 business days, we’re unfortunately not able to offer a refund, as once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the courier’s control.
If you’re ordering for a specific date or event, we recommend allowing extra time as we cannot guarantee arrival on a specific day.

How 3-Business Day Express Shipping Works:
Need it quicker? We’ve got Express Shipping available — but here’s the important bit so there’s no surprises:
✨ Orders are packed and despatched within 2 business days.
So if you order on a weekend (Sat/Sun), we’ll start the clock on the next business day — usually Monday.
📦 The 3 business days for delivery starts after your parcel has been despatched (not from when you place the order).
So for example, if we despatch your order on a Tuesday, the 3-day countdown begins on Wednesday.
We wish we could teleport your goodies, but once it’s handed over to the courier, timing is out of our hands. Express is faster than Standard, but still not a guaranteed arrival date.

Delays and Refunds:
While we strive for quick, reliable delivery, delays can happen due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., transit issues, carrier delays).
Orders delayed in transit or not received by a specific date do not qualify for refunds, unless officially tagged as lost in transit by the courier. In such cases, we will send a replacement order straight away.
We strongly encourage ordering with a buffer period to avoid any disappointment.
Redelivery:
If your parcel has been returned to us because an incorrect shipping address was provided during checkout, and or no one is available to receive the parcel, we’d be happy to resend your order. However, reshipping costs will need to be covered by the customer.
Please note, as these errors are outside of our control, we are unable to offer refunds for orders returned due to an incorrect address.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
If a customer enters an incorrect shipping address for their order we will do our best to change this before the order is shipped. However, if the order has already been shipped then it is up to the customer to contact the courier to ask for redirection to the correct address.
